This policy explains how Flarora handles the information you share with us when you request a consultation, send a Plant Doctor request or contact us.

Information we collect
When you submit a form or message us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, city, photos of your space or plants, and a description of your requirements. We also include how you reached our website — such as the ad campaign or site that linked to us and the page you first landed on — so we know which of our ads and pages bring enquiries. This is kept in your browser only for the current visit and is sent to us only if you submit a form.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver and manage our services, and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos you share
Photos are used only to assess and design your space or diagnose plant issues. We will ask for your permission before using any project photography publicly.
Sharing
Form submissions are delivered to us through Google Workspace (email, Google Sheets and Google Drive) and are only accessible to the Flarora team. We may share information with other trusted service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information where required by UAE law.
Cookies & analytics
If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. These services set cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au) and send Google information like the pages you visit, your approximate location, device and browser details, and the fact that a form was submitted — never the contents of your form. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside the UAE. We do not use these cookies for remarketing or personalised advertising. If you click Decline, or make no choice, none of these tools load. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and available.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
