These terms apply to your use of the Flarora website and to enquiries made through it. Service agreements for specific projects are set out separately in written proposals and contracts.

Our services
Flarora provides plant design and installation for residential and commercial spaces, ongoing plant management, and Plant Doctor advice, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We do not sell individual plants.

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Imagery may be illustrative. Details of any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal.
Quotes & consultations
Consultation requests and quotes are free and non-binding. Final scope, pricing and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
Plant Doctor advice
Plant Doctor guidance is provided in good faith by the Flarora team based on the photos and information you supply. It is practical advice, not a scientifically validated diagnosis, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Plant health & care plans
Live plants are natural products. Replacement and health commitments apply only under an active plant-management agreement and in accordance with its terms.
Site visits & access
Where a project requires a site visit, installation or maintenance visit, you agree to provide reasonable access to the space at the agreed times. Visits may be rescheduled by either side with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Designs, proposals, photography and content produced by Flarora remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy or reuse content from this website without permission.
Use of this website
You agree to use the website and its forms only for genuine enquiries and not to submit false, misleading or unlawful content, or to interfere with the site's operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flarora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from information provided on it. Liability for services is governed by the written agreement for that project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised; continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of the UAE.
